Abstract

Es wird eine Mikrokammer zur Durchführung nicht-invasiver Messungen, Kultivierung und / oder Manipulation an biologischem Material beschrieben mit einem Gehäuse (1, 2) aus einem Oberteil (1) und einem Unterteil (2), mit einer behältnisförmigen Ausnehmung (4, 5) im Unterteil (2) und einer Ausstülpung (3) im Oberteil (1), mit wenigstens jeweils einer flüssigkeits- oder gasführenden Zu- und Ableitung (6, 7) in die behältnisförmige Ausnehmung (4, 5), wobei das Oberteil (1) gegenüber dem Unterteil (2) mit einem Gelenk (8) klappbar ausgestaltet ist, wobei die Ausstülpung des Oberteils (3) und die behältnisförmige Ausnehmung (4, 5) des Unterteils so angeordnet und ausgestaltet sind, dass in einer zugeklappten Position von Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (1) die behältnisförmige Ausnehmung (4, 5) des Unterteils, eine erste Kammer (5) bildend, deckelartig durch die Ausstülpung des Oberteils (3) abgedichtet ist, wobei ein Verschlussmittel (9, 10) zur Sicherung der zugeklappten Position vorgesehen ist, sowie die Verwendung dieser Mikrokammer zur Kultivierung, Manipulation und / oder Durchführung nicht-invasiver Messungen an biologischem Material.
