Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de préparation de carburant destiné à alimenter des moteurs à combustion interne à carburateurs. Elle résulte techniquement dans la production de composition de carburant en mousse, dans la simplification des installations du système pour sa préparation, dans la maîtrise de la qualité et de la quantité de composition de carburant en mousse consommée, en fonction du mode fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne. Ces résultats sont obtenus grâce à un additif de carburant fourni aux chambres (1) du carburateur (1) par des conduits individuels (27, 28, 29), ces conduits étant commutés successivement sur des conduits (14, 15, 16) en réponse aux signaux provenant du capteur de température (23) du système de refroidissement du moteur à combustion interne. Au même instant, l'additif de carburant est soumis à une aération par étapes multiples au moyen d'air (10, 11, 12) et de gaz du carter (13), puis il est mélangé dans le carburateur avec le carburant, y compris avec du carburant hydrocarboné. La composition de carburant est finalement aérée dans le treillis de formation de mousse (32) alors qu'il est introduit dans le collecteur du moteur à combustion interne, et forme une charge de mousse pour les chambres de combustion du moteur.
