瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品 技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷领域陶瓷制品中的三维图案注浆制品, 特别是涉 及一种具有瓷质花岗石图案立体结构特征的瓷盾彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维 图案注浆制品。 其是利用具有瓷质花岗石立体图案结构特征, 并采用抽滤 模具注浆压铸工艺制成日用瓷、 卫生陶^和工艺陶瓷制品,制成诸如洗面 盆、 坐便器、 小便器, 以及高级的日用瓷如餐具、 茶具、 酒具及瓶、 罐之 类的工艺品等新型装饰结构的压铸注浆工艺制品, 而成为一种相当具有实 用性及进步性的新设计, 适于产业界广泛推广应用。 背景技术
当前现有的抽滤模具注浆压铸工艺的陶瓷制品,其主要可以分为以下 几种类型, 现分别说明如下:
第一种为瓷白色的陶瓷坯体结构的卫生洁具和日用瓷,诸如洗面盆、 坐 便器、 餐具、 茶具等,在其表层上处理设有各种如红、 蓝、 绿、 白、 灰、 米 黄等单一素色的装饰色釉。 其缺点是色调单一, 如单色洗面盆在与高档的 大理石或花岗石等台面板相配套时, 显得不十分协调, 不能使卫生间的洗 面台、 梳妆台显现出更好的装饰效果。 品,其只能在制品的圓周边上贴设上一些金色或其它色的图案花边, 但却不 能在三维结构状态大面积范围贴花纸, 故其结构也十分单调, 如将这种坐 便器在卫生间与高档的大理石或花岗石地面、 墙面相配套时, 就显得不十 分协调, 从而影响外观装饰效果。
第三种为现有的餐具、茶具等日用瓷的丝网印花工艺的陶瓷制品,其虽 可以形成不同图案, 但是现有的制作工艺一般只能在平面上进行彩印,有的 丝印工艺也只能用于日用品的小型制品中, 例如在杯子等的圓边上进行印 花,从没有出现可以在大面积三维方向上的丝网印花工艺技术或产品, 而存 在有适用范围较小的缺陷。
第四种为本发明人曾经申请专利公开的制作立体瓷质花岗石、 大理石 工艺技术, 其主要工艺为: 按所需的图案制成相应一致的模具模口,该模口 与装有不同色泽的制品原料的容器相通, 这种模具为此种工艺的核心,但由 于此种方法中其模具后部的结构太简单, 如需制作复杂的多达几百个色块 区的多种色彩图案时, 模具模口后面的原料容器将会太大, 而存在有在实 施中没有足够的空间可以完成精细复杂的色彩图案要求的明显缺陷, 尤其 是更没有办法完成卫生洁具之类的三维立体空间的复杂彩色图案的实施工 艺,在实用性上尚显不足。
第五种为在卫生洁具或日用瓷上进行喷花工艺的陶瓷制品, 这种喷花 工艺图案较粗糙, 在多种色相交叠时, 在制品的表面会出现凹凸状, 使其 不具光洁平整性, 如果喷得太少, 又会出现漏花, 而且此种工艺不可能制 作出大面积的整体色彩的异形陶瓷制品的表面装饰, 故其实用性不强。
第六种为一种陶瓷彩紋产品及其制造方法, 和多彩高温釉下彩色卫生 洁具陶瓷产品及其制造方法, 该产品的图案是线紋状的, 因其加工方法中 共同之处是将不同的彩色浆料同时从一个孔中注入产品模腔内, 所以产品 的图案是以注浆料口起的线状逐步扩大为放射状, 图纹是从注入口的很细 的小线状逐步扩大一直到模具封闭区才逐步散开, 产品的线条状到封闭区 的块状是首尾相联的, 这样就对以上二种现有技术的结构特征有了限定,而 陶瓷彩紋产品及其制造万法中也公开了采用压力、 速度、 先后时差的不同 工艺, 但是就是其后的色浆料的部分也是首尾相联的, 最主要的原因在于 在制作一切注浆工艺产品, 如日用瓷、 卫生瓷、 工艺瓷等时, 现有的工艺 都没有摆脱从传统的注浆工艺的注浆孔注入不同色彩浆料的观念。 所以现 有的多色注浆工艺所制作的产品, 在工艺上都不可能真正加工作到如大理 石、 花岗石一样,不能出现点状、 团状, 不能如意地按石材图案制作。 所以 现有的工艺方法及制品均不能真正制造出能仿天然大理石、 花岗石的注浆 工艺陶瓷制品。 这也正是目前陶瓷市场中一直不能使理论上的彩色胎体注 浆工艺的日用瓷、 卫生瓷、 工艺瓷真正具有竟争力, 以致基本没有此类产 品的根本原因,尽管有关工艺资料、 宣传资料上把现有技术形容为可以使产 品图案自然, 出现山水紋、 木纹、 蛇紋、 卷心紋、 海浪纹、 石级及似山水 画、 石板材、 云彩图等各种图案, 但都只是抽象的形容而已, 因为不能对 图案进行有控制地生产, 所以就不能形成有可以控制的、 具有真正天然大 理石、 花岗石图案的、 显著的、 可限定可表述的具有实质结构特征内容的 新颖产品。
第七种为本发明人已申请并公开的专利号 98122219. 6,名称为"瓷质彩 色颗粒胎体的陶瓷注浆制品及其制造工艺" 的发明专利, 其虽可提供使用 者一适于实用的陶瓷注浆制品及其制造工艺, 确实具有进步性, 但是在实 际使用时却发现其结构中还存在有缺点, 造成其在实际应用上, 未能达到 最佳的使用效果, 其存在的缺点是: 其整体结构中对颗粒直径限定为 1. 5隱 以上, 这种结构限定在制造体积大或形状复杂的产品时, 在工艺上则出现 了不完善, 即由于直径 1. 5mm以上到 60- -80mm直径的千燥颗粒在填满了模 具后, 当注入水或浆料时, 由于有太多的空隙致使结构太疏松, 使压力注 水或注浆后, 颗粒被压紧向制品模具的里部位移,从而导致制品中接近注水 或注浆的许多部位没有彩色颗粒, 而造成制品存在缺陷, 且造成工艺加工 的困难, 而应进一步改进。
综由上述, 现有的抽滤模具、 注浆工艺的卫生洁具、 日用瓷、 工艺瓷 的制品, 由于现有工艺存在的多项缺陷, 使得在复杂的几何形状的结构制 品中,加工工艺受到局限, 不能制作出三维图案的注浆制品。 由此可见上述 现有的注浆工艺陶瓷制品仍存在有诸多缺陷, 而亟待加以进一步改进。
为了解决现有的注浆工艺陶瓷制品的缺陷, 相关厂商莫不费尽心思来 谋求解决的道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成, 此显然是相关 业者急欲解决的问题。
有鉴于上述现有的注浆工艺陶瓷制品存在的缺陷, 本发明人基于从事 此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识, 积极加以研究创新,以 期创设一种新型结构的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 能够 改进一般市面上现有常规的注浆工艺陶瓷制品结构,使其更具有实用性。 经 过不断的研究、 设计, 并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价 值的本发明。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有的注浆工艺陶瓷制品存在的缺陷,而 提供一种新型结构的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 所要解 决的主要技术问题是使其可以在三维立体的胎体及装饰面上呈现出大面积 或 100 %的完整花岗石颗粒状的图案, 形成具有瓷质花岗石图案结构,可广 泛应用于日用瓷、 卫生瓷和工艺瓷制品等注浆制品中, 而能够在复杂几何 形状的制品中都能制作出三维图案的适于实用的注浆制品。
本发明的次一目的在于, 克服现有抽滤模具注浆工艺的缺陷, 而提供 一种瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 所要解决的技术问题是 能够使注桨工艺的生产工艺有根本性变化, 使其在胎体中及胎体表面,形成 如同采用整块的天然大理石或花岗石或玉石等雕刻而成, 按雕刻后多维面 复杂的抛光等工艺处理的立体雕塑艺术品一样精美的结构。
本发明的另一目的在于, 克服现有抽滤模具注浆工艺的缺陷, 而提供 一种瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 所要解决的技术问题是 使其在精细小巧的日用品如餐具、 茶具、 酒具之中, 加动物骨粉或骨瓷代 用品成份,加以其它辅助工艺, 而使制品形成具有若干透明半透明的彩色颗 粒, 进而形成如同采用玉石精工雕刻、 打磨的宫庭艺术制品结构, 使注浆 日用瓷的结构、 品质及效果产生根本性的变化, 从而具有可以更加随意地 进行有控制的进行艺术瓷制品制作的可行性工艺基础及其结构。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现 的。 依据本发明提出的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其包 括采用抽滤模具注浆压铸或石膏模工艺的日用瓷、 卫生陶瓷、 工艺陶瓷制 品,其胎体中具有 1种或 1-50种色彩的直径在 0. 2mm- 40mm的球状或方形多 菱状或长形多菱状的颗粒, 该颗粒共达 50-1亿粒, 其特征在于:以各种直 径的颗粒占颗粒总体积的比例来划分, 其中最小直径处为 0. 2mm-1. 5mm的 颗粒占 10 % - 70 % ,最小直径处为 1. 5mm - 40tnm的颗粒占 10 % -95 %,其余 为 0. 2mm - 0. 01mm直径的粉料的烧结体。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下技术措施来进一步实 现。
前述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的胎体 中具有 2种或 2-50种色彩的最小直径处为 lmm-40mm的多种彩色颗粒,共达 50-1亿粒。
前述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的制品 其形状是设置为必须由抽滤模具注浆压铸或石膏模工艺成型, 并由二个或 二个以上的不同脱模方向的脱模工艺制作形成的形状的制品。
前述的瓷质彩色均勾颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的胎体 表面设置为与注浆工艺或石膏模成型的制品装饰表面一样平滑、 光洁的结 构。

前述的瓷质彩色均 颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的胎体 中还设有无色透明的玻璃态颗粒, 或者有色透明的玻璃态颗粒, 或者半透 明的玻璃态颗粒, 或者高折光率的高折光玻璃态颗粒。
前述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的胎体 中还设有动物骨粉或能使整个胎体呈显半透明玉石状的其它代替动物骨粉 的成份。
前述的瓷质彩色均勾颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其中所述的胎体 中的颗粒是由 2 - 100 种红、 或黄、 或蓝、 或白、 或黑、 或绿、 或灰、 或 紫、 或啡、 或橙的不同色彩或同一色彩但不同色泽深度的色彩颗粒混合组 成的颗粒。 本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 由以上技术方案 及其本发明的最佳方式可知, 本发明在使用时完全没有现有的注浆制品所 存在的缺陷, 而且可以使得本发明结构更加稳固及多变化, 因此可达到相 当的实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值, 兹将本发明的优点具体说明如 下:
1、 本发明瓷质彩色均勾颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其胎体中具有 1种或 1-50种色彩的直径在 0. 2mm- 40隨的球状或方形多菱状或长形多菱状 的领拉,共达 50-1 亿粒,其主要结构改进是:以各种直径的颗粒占颗粒总体 积的比例来划分, 其中最小直径处为 0. 2mm- 1. 5隱的颗粒占 10 % - 70 %,最 小直径处为 1. 5mm- 0mm的颗粒占 10 % - 95 % ,其余为 0. 2mm- 0. 01mm直径的 粉料的烧结体。
本发明借由上述结构, 可以克服现有陶瓷制品存在的制造体积大或形 状复杂的产品时在工艺上出现不完善、 加工困难的缺陷, 其在颗粒的组成 上限制了颗粒的最小直径在 1. 5mm - 40mm, 并去掉了 40mm - 80醒的大块颗 粒,减少了太大颗粒块在干粒填入后形成太大的空隙, 并且加入了直径为 0. 2mm - 1. 5mm的小颗粒和 0. 2mm - 0. 01mm的粉料, 一则使其可以在小颗粒 进入模具中时起到很好的充填大粒造成的空隙的作用, 使大生产加工具有 好的可操作性, 并具有更高的成品率, 二则可使制品的颗粒大小分布合宜 均匀, 更近似天然的花岗石颗粒状自然分布于制品表面及制品的三维空间 中,而具有更好的仿石效果。
2、 本发明可以在三维立体的胎体及装饰面上呈现出大面积或 100 %的 完整花岗石颗粒状的图案, 形成具有瓷质花岗石图案结构,可广泛应用于曰 用瓷、 卫生瓷和工艺瓷制品等注浆制品中, 而能够在复杂几何形状的制品 中都能制作出三维图案的适于实用的注浆制品。
3、 本发明能够使注浆工艺的生产工艺有才艮本性变化, 使其在胎体中及 胎体表面,形成如同采用整块的天然大理石或花岗石或玉石等雕刻而成,按 雕刻后多维面复杂的抛光等工艺处理的立体雕塑艺术品一样精美的结构。
4、 本发明在精细小巧的日用品如餐具、 茶具、 酒具之中, 加设动物骨 粉或骨瓷代用品成份, 加以其它辅助工艺, 而使制品形成具有若干透明半 透明的彩色颗粒, 进而形成如同采用玉石精工雕刻, 打磨的宫庭艺术制品 结构,可使注浆日用瓷的结构、 品质及效果产生根本性的变化, 从而具有可 以更加随意地进行有控制的进行艺术瓷制品制作的可行性工艺基础及其结 构。
5、 本发明制成的卫生瓷、 日用瓷、 工艺瓷等制品, 可以形成如同采用 整块的天然大理石、 或花岗石、 或玉石等雕刻而成,并经由多维面复杂的抛 光等工艺处理后的立体雕塑艺术品一样精美的结构, 非常适于实用。 6、 本发明产品应用镶嵌于同类色彩和图案的天然花岗石的卫生间洗面 台板上,将有机的融为一体, 大大增加其整体感, 且分外华丽。 又如本发明 产品诸如坐便器等, 也会如同采用整块的天然花岗石, 按雕刻后多维面复 杂的抛光等工艺处理的立体雕塑艺术品一样精美, 当将其置于同类色彩和 图案的天然花岗石或大理石的墙面、 地面装饰之中时,整个卫生间将会如同 艺术宫殿一般美伦美煥, 华贵无比, 又如本发明产品诸如餐具、 茶具中的 碗、 盆、 杯、 碟等物,可如同采用天然石、 包括玉石雕塑琢磨的艺术品一样 精美华贵,可起到更好的装饰效果, 大大提高产品的附加价值, 更能符合使 用者对于注浆陶瓷制品产品的需求, 而可大幅提升其整体效益。
7、 本发明在结构设计、 使用的实用性及成本效益上, 确实完全符合产 业发展所需, 并且所揭露的结构是前所未有的创新设计,其既未见于任何刊 物,在申请前更未见有相同的结构特征公知、 公用在先, 且市面上亦未见有 类似的产品, 即在同类产品中均未见有类似的结构设计公开发表或使用,而 确实具有新颖性。
8、 本发明的结构确比现有的注浆陶瓷制品更具技术进步性, 且其独特 的结构特征及功能亦远非现有的注浆陶瓷制品所可比拟, 较现有的注浆陶 瓷制品更具有技术上的进步,并具有增进的多项功效, 而确实具有创造性。
9、 本案申请人是实际生产制造注浆陶瓷制品的研发者, 发展此类产品 已有数年的丰富经验, 对于现有陶瓷制品存在的问题及缺陷相当了解,而本 发明即是才艮据上述缺陷研究开发的, 其不但在空间结构型态上确属创新,且 较现有的陶瓷制品具有增进功效,更具有技术进步性,而确实具有实用性。
综上所述, 本发明特殊结构的瓷质彩色均勾颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆 制品,具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值, 并具有产业的广泛利用价值,其不 论在结构上、 功能上、 技术上均有较大的进步, 从而更加适于实用, 诚为 一新颖、 进步、 实用的新设计。

现将本发明瓷质彩色均勾颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品的制作方法及 其制作工序过程具体说明如下。
本发明的制作方法及其加工制作过程的工序分为:彩色颗粒制备、 制品 胚体成型、 施釉烧成三个阶段, 其中:
一、 彩色颗粒制备阶段
第一步,首先按本领域技术人员都通晓的注浆工艺浆料的制备方式,将 多种适于注浆工艺所需的陶瓷原料与颜料、 色料相混合配成原料, 并经磨 碎、 混合后, 再经除铁后,制备好淡红色、 灰色、 棕红色、 紫红色四种浆料 原料,分别陈腐待用。
第二步, 采用玻化砖生产的喷雾细粉粒成型工艺, 使其加工成为四种 不同色的原料粉粒;
第三步,用 3000吨压力机,在将压力强度调成 350- 500bar的条件下,将 灰色、 棕红色、 紫红色三种由喷雾干燥工艺制成的直径在 0. 6mm-0. 01mm的 粉料原料分别压成强度很好的砖坯;
第四步, 经粉碎机粉碎,使灰色块料过筛后留下最小直径为 0. 2-1. 5mm 的颗粒, 紫红色块料留下最小直径处为 1. 5- 10瞧的大颗粒, 棕红色块料留 下最小直径处为 8- 40瞧的大颗粒;
第五步, 将棕红色的最小直径处为 8- 40mm的大颗粒备份 40 %,紫红色 的最小直径处为 1. 5-10mm 的大颗粒备份 20 %,灰色的最小直径处为 0. 2-1. 5mm的大颗粒备份 20%;
第六步, 制备好水溶性粘胶的水剂,对以上三种颗粒进行滚动包裹、 干 燥,使其表面附着有一层水溶性粘胶成份; 最后,将淡红色直径在
0. 6mm-0. 01mm的粉料备份 20°/»与以上比例的三种色原料颗粒混合备用。
二、 制品胚体成型阶段
第一步, 制品胚体成型阶段即是压铸成型胚体阶段, 将以上四种按比 例混合的颗粒和粉料充分地混勾, 采用转轴压铸工艺, 压入洗面盆的塑料 抽滤模具中, 在充填满模 后, 逐步加大压力并保持压力。
第二步, 通过压铸入口, 逐步将含淡红色粉料浓度很氏的泥浆水料注 入洗面盆抽滤成型模具框内的颗粒中, 使真逐步充满各颗粒的细微间隙,由 于大颗粒的密度高, 有各种比例颗粒大小的均匀配合, 在加压注浆后,使各 色颗粒只能逐步浸水, 表层的水溶性胶逐步溶解, 形成颗粒泥浆状。
第三步, 此时快速开启抽真空抽滤系统, 使抽滤模中的颗粒泥浆水份 和溶于水的部分粘胶剂从多微孔的塑料模壁抽走, 并经保持压力后脱模。
如此即可得到呈各色颗粒状互相紧密结合为一体、 强度很高,并且装饰 表面光滑的干胚体。
第四步, 制品经整修、 打孔、 刮坯、 干燥工序后, 施以透明釉。
三、 施釉烧成阶段
施釉烧成阶段, 即为进入烧成工序, 烧成后即得到成型制品。 此实施 例的制品, 呈现为如同天然花岗石紫彩麻一样的结构及效果。 由犹如大小 不同的天然石颗粒状的紫红、 棕红、 灰色颗粒和淡红色粉料烧成区组合,而 且表面光洁、 平整, 如同采用天然花岗石紫彩麻雕刻塑造、 精细打磨抛光 而成。
在本发明实施例的加工方法中, 为了加快速度和调控颗粒压铸的密度 均衡性, 还可以采用设置有单个或多个模件包装置, 该每个模件包可以采 用单轴、 二轴或多轴压铸工艺, 以提高效率和可控制性, 尤其是针对形状 复杂的制品。
在本发明在实施中, 还可以采用二次烧成工艺, 以利于配合实施渗花 色或彩釉色图案和透明釉工艺。
本领域的技术人员应当理解,本发明还可采用诸如红、 黄、 白、 蓝、 黑、 绿、 橙、 紫等不同色的硅酸盐坯体色形成颗粒色彩图案, 也可以由诸如浅 灰、 淡棕、 灰蓝、 黄等不同色的渗花色组成图案。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,本发明形成上述红、 黄、 白、 蓝、 黑、 绿、 橙、 紫等不同色的硅酸盐坯体色块, 还可以设置为例如通过采用或加入 Fe203、 Na20、 V205、 Co0、 Mn02、 Cr203、 Cu0、 混合成份(Fe2r03、 Co0、 Mn02、 Cr203 ) 等来实现, 而形成浅灰、 淡棕、 兰色等渗花色, 亦可以设置为通过 例如采用硫酸钻、 氯化铬、 氯化铁、 硫酸锰、 柠檬酸钠等可溶于水的材料 来实现。 在上述的实施例中, 各个硅酸盐砖体色块区域的材料是不溶于水 的, 而用于形成渗花色的材料在烧结前都是溶于水的。
以上所述, 仅是为了说明本发明的较佳优选实施例而已, 然而其并非 是对本发明作任何形式上的限制, 任何熟悉本项技术的人员可能利用上述 揭示的技术内容加以变更或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例, 凡是未脱离本 发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简 单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。 工业应用性
本发明结构新颖, 并且可以生产设备大批量生产, 制造成本可相对减 少,符合成本效益, 而且在使用上更加适于实用,相当具有产业利用价值,适 于产业界广泛推广使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制品, 其包括采用抽滤 模具注浆压铸或石膏模工艺的日用瓷、 卫生陶瓷、 工艺陶瓷制品, 其胎体 中具有 1种或 1-50种色彩的直径在 0. 2mm-40mm的球状或方形多菱状或长 形多菱状的颗粒, 该颗粒共达 50-1亿粒, 其特征在于:
以各种直径的颗粒占颗粒总体积的比例来划分, 其中最小直径处为 0. 2mm - 1. 5mm的颗粒占 10 % - 70 %,最小直径处为 1. 5mm - 40蘭的颗粒占 10 % - 95 % , 其余为 0. 2mm - 0. 01mm直径的粉料的烧结体。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的胎体中具有 2种或 2-50种色彩的最小直径处为 lmm-40mm 的多种彩色颗粒, 共达 50-1亿粒。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的制品其形状是设置为由抽滤模具注浆压铸或石 膏模工艺成型, 并由二个或二个以上的不同脱模方向的脱模工艺制作形成 的形状的制品。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的胎体表面设置为与注浆工艺或石膏模成型的制 品装饰表面一样平滑、 光洁的结构。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的胎体的表面设有一层透明釉。
6、 根据权利要求 5 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的表层的透明釉下,设有 1块- 10000块的一种或一 种到三种的渗花色工艺的图案结构。
7、 根据权利要求 5 所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体的三维图案注浆制 品,其特征在于其中所述的表层的透明釉下,设有 1块 -10000块的一种或一 种到十种色彩的喷花或印花工艺产生的彩釉图案层。
8、根据权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体 的三维图案注浆制品, 其特征在于其中所述的胎体中还设有无色透明的玻 璃态颗粒, 或者有色透明的玻璃态颗粒, 或者半透明的玻璃态颗粒, 或者 高折光率的高折光玻璃态颗粒。
9、根据权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎体 的三维图案注浆制品,其特征在于其中所述的胎体中还设有动物骨粉或能 使整个胎体呈显半透明玉石状的其它代替动物骨粉的成份。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的瓷质彩色均匀颗粒胎 体的三维图案注浆制品,其特征在于其中所述的胎体中的颗粒是由 2- 100种 红、 或黄、 或蓝、 或白、 或黑、 或绿、 或灰、 或紫、 或啡、 或橙的不同色 彩或同一色彩但不同色泽深度的色彩颗粒混合组成的颗粒。
