Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'identification, de criblage ou de sélection d'un composé se liant au site de transglycosylation d'une glycosyl transférase recombinante, comprenant les étapes consistant: a) mettre ledit composé en contact avec ladite protéine recombinante, avant, après, ou de façon concomitante à la mise en contact de ladite protéine recombinante avec un inhibiteur de l'activité de transglycosylation, ledit inhibiteur étant marqué par un marqueur générant un signal direct ou indirect, b) étudier ledit signal lié; ladite protéine recombinante,la liaison dudit composé au site de transglycosylation étant déduite de la différence de signal obtenu dans l'étape b) par rapport au signal obtenu en l'absence dudit composé.
