Abstract

Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird zum ersten Mal für die Zwecke der Pharmaindustrie ein Verfahren vorgestellt, welches die Teilchengrösse von vemebelten Aerosolen gleichzeitig, bzw. einander nachgeschaltet, mittels der Laserbeugungsmethode (Laserdiffraction) und der in der Fachwelt anerkannten Kaskadenimpaktor-Methode misst. Dadurch wird es möglich, die Zuverlässigkeit der Ergebnisse des erfindungsgemassen Laserbeugungsverfahren auf die des Kaskadenimpaktors anzugleichen, und so ein Verfahren zu schaffen, welches die Vorteile des schnellen Laserbeugungsverfahrens mit der Genauigkeit der ansonsten zeitintensiven Kaskadenimpaktor-Methode verbindet. Neben dem Verfahren werden Vorrichtungen zur Durchführung des Verfahrens offenbart.
