在本发明之前的现有技术
现有公开各种 P630打钉枪钉槽送钉结构, 由于所打排钉高度有 12、 15、 18、
22、 25、 30六个品种之多, 在打钉时, 撞钉在每次打钉完成后, 作回返运动时, 由于摩擦力的作用, 往往容易把后续之钉往回拖动, 卡入枪嘴过钉槽, 形成卡钉, 影响作业; 因此现有的打钉枪均在弹匣中设置一游动调整尺作挡钉功能, 随所放 置排钉的高度, 移动调整尺, 阻挡后续之钉回拖并完成连续打钉作业; 另, 在送 钉、 打钉过程中, 由于排钉高度不同, 推钉块因为调整尺挡钉功能所战友空间的 限制, 不能过高 (超过 12.5mm), 在打 22 以上排钉时, 排钉在推送过程中, 排 钉只是前端受力, 出现前高后低倾斜的现象, 使撞钉无法撞击到排钉后端或只撞 击到一部分, 出现咬钉或打空钉现象, 影响作业; 在公开的 630打钉枪钉槽送钉 结构中, 亦出现有自动调置挡钉位和辅助推钉之结构, 但因送钉结构放置于弹匣 盒中, 弹匣在置入不是连排的散钉时, 排钉在推钉块的推力下容易出现前、 后排 钉错位相咬现象, 使排钉不能顺畅送出, 影响打钉效率, 且排钉放置于弹匣中, 无法观察排钉之运动, 在打钉作业时, 作业者无法知道排钉是否打完, 容易失手 造成伤害。
本发明的目的
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可自动感应排钉位置, 进行自动调节挡钉、 自 动设置压钉机关, 且无前后排钉错位等咬钉现象、 使作业者可直接观察送钉运动 情况的气动打钉枪的送钉弹匣。
本发明的技术方案
本实用新型固接于主机体与手把上, 送钉弹匣上分布有钉槽主体、 推钉器、 钉槽主体压板等, 钉槽主体上设有多条平行分布的通槽, 钉槽主体右端接有与之 垂直的枪嘴和枪嘴面板, 使其能与主机体相连, 而排钉可通过枪嘴送出;
钉槽主体后侧与推钉器相连, 推钉器侧端上开有与钉槽主体上通槽相对应的 凹槽, 凹槽上放置的推钉块可穿入通槽内, 并在推钉器的带动下, 贴近钉槽来回 运动, 推钉块的末端有弹簧定位; 钉槽主体压板由弹簧片将其上沟槽内的压钉块卡合于钉槽主体前端通槽上; 钉槽主体顶端的枪嘴上开有与通槽相对应的槽, 使推钉块、 压钉块穿入并实 现自动感应挡钉功能。
采用上述技术方案由于钉槽主体上分布的通槽均是以排钉高度设置, 适合不 同型号排钉的放置, 通槽后部之推钉器上设置的推钉块与前部钉槽主体压板上设 置的压钉块相互卡合, 压钉块与推钉块可自动感应排钉高度, 并调节挡钉位置, 当使用 22mm高度以上排钉时, 有两块以上推钉块同步推钉, 使排钉在运动中受 力均匀, 不会倾斜, 避免出现打空钉和夹钉现象; 压钉块可将排钉紧紧贴合于钉 槽上, 避免在装入不成排的散钉或因排钉被震散后所出现前后排错位之咬钉的现 象; 本实用新型将推钉器放置于钉槽主体的后部, 使作业者可从外直接观察排钉 在弹匣中的运动情况, 增加了安全感, 也解决了现有气动打钉枪在使用 22mm高 度排钉时, 较易出现空钉、 卡钉等问题。

实施例
如图 1所示: 主机体 101、 手把 102分别与送钉弹匣 103相接, 送钉弹匣 103 上的钉槽主体 15上分布有多条平行的通槽 5, 并可从外观上直接观察。
如图 2所示: 钉槽主体 15的后部装有推钉器 27, 推钉器 27上开有凹槽 29 并放置有推钉块 7、 10、 11, 通过弹簧 9、 13将其定位, 推钉器 27右端上固定一 定位板 19, 可带动推钉器 27左右移动, 推钉器 27上的推钉块 7、 10、 11可随推 钉器 27的移动与排钉相抵触;
钉槽主体压板 4由螺钉固定于钉槽主体 15的前部位置。
如图 3所示: 送钉弹匣 103包括钉槽主体 15、 推钉器 27、 钉槽主体压板 4, 钉槽主体 15上开有七条相互平行并有一定间隔的通槽 5, 除最上面的通槽为 钉槽主体压板 4的管位外, 其余皆为对应的推钉块、 压钉块之导槽, 钉槽主体 15 左端垂直固定枪嘴 3和枪嘴面板 2, 排钉通过枪嘴 3打出;
钉槽主体 15后部设有一滑槽, 推钉器 27放置于滑槽内, 并可以在钉槽主体 15的通槽 5内移动, 钉槽主体 15下端嵌有导钉板 16、 导钉压板 17;
推钉器 27上开有与钉槽主体 15相对应的凹槽 29, 推钉块 7、 10、 11可在推 钉器 27上由铜套 8、 12带动并在凹槽 29内滑动, 而弹簧 9、 13在压力作用下沿 槽内推动铜套 8、 12, 起推动作用, 同时钉槽主体 15左上角固定有钉槽主体压板 4, 其内的三块压钉块 14在弹簧片 6压力作用下, 起压钉、 挡钉作用; 推钉器 27 前端通过固定板 28、 定位板 19顶住推钉弹簧 9、 13 , 并在推钉块铜套 8、 12支 承下, 平稳地进行推钉, 推钉器 27上固定的尾扣 23通过尾扣固定板 21 固定, 钉槽主体 15通过连接片 25与手把 102连接定位;
需要打钉时, 将尾扣 23往下压, 推钉器 27拉出至极限位置, 再将排钉放入 导钉压板 17的缺口处, 用手把排钉紧贴导钉板 16, 推入压钉块 14至钉槽主体 15 的空隙中, 同时推动推钉器 27, 排钉即均勾推入, 扣住尾扣 23, 完成置钉作业, 作业时随枪嘴 3中的撞钉把排钉前端的第一颗打出后, 后续之钉在推钉块 7、 10、 11的推力下可连续推进枪嘴, 完成连接打钉作业。
如图 4所示: 钉槽主体 15的左上角固定有钉槽主体压板 4, 钉槽主体 15上 有通槽 5, 钉槽主体 15左端接有枪嘴 3和枪嘴面板 2, 钉槽主体压板 4内设置有 弹簧片 6并与三块压钉块 14、 推钉块 7贴合于钉槽主体 15与枪嘴 3之间, 其末 端有弹簧 9固定, 三块压钉块 14分别卡合于弹簧片 6钉槽主体压板 4上, 而推 钉块 10、 11的后端分别有弹簧 13定位, 钉槽主体 15的下端设有导钉板 16、 导 钉压板 17。
如图 5所示: 当使用 12mm高度的排钉时, 推钉块 7推动排钉并使之平衡, 而靠近挡钉块 7的压钉块 14第一压钉块在弹簧力作用下, 抵住钉槽主体 15上的 槽, 起挡钉作用, 并阻止撞钉在打完钉后将钉往回拖动, 排钉在推钉块 7推力下, 可连续送出, 完成连续打钉功能。

如图 8所示: 当使用 22mm高度的排钉时, 推钉块 7、 10、 11推钉, 使排钉 平衡而不至于受力不均倾斜推出, 压钉块 14上第一块、 第二块同理让出过钉间 隙, 把排钉压紧贴住钉槽面而推出, 推钉块 11 同步进入, 起挡钉作用, 顺畅送 钉完成打钉作业。
如图 9所示: 当使用 25mm高度的排针时, 推钉块 7、 10、 11 同步推钉, 使 排钉受力平衡而不至于倾斜推出, 压钉块 14上第一块、 二块同理让出过钉间隙, 把排钉压紧贴住钉槽向后推出, 压钉块 14上的第三块压板在弹簧力作用下, 抵 住钉槽主体 15上的槽, 起挡钉作用, 排钉顺畅推出, 完成连续打钉作业。
如图 10所示: 当使用 30mm高度的排钉时, 推钉块 7、 10、 11同步推钉, 使 排钉受力平衡而不至于倾斜, 压钉块上的第一、 二、 三压钉块同理让出过钉间隙, 在弹簧力的作用下, 把排钉压紧贴住钉槽面而排出, 挡钉功能由枪嘴 3上端面和 压钉板 14内侧完成。
