- the product of the present invention when mixed with any type of cement, water and any hard aggregate with granulometries greater than 4 mm, results in a permeable concrete of great resistance to both bending, compression and abrasion, of long durability, and that behaves excellently regardless of the weather, with the following advantages:
- silica-aluminate which is an inorganic material that reacts with the cement giving it much greater resistance to bending, compression and abrasion.
- the solid additive can be packaged together with cement and stone aggregate in different proportions, depending on the strength required, in order to facilitate self-construction ("do it yourself”).
- composition of the present invention contains the following basic ingredients: dispersing agents, binding agents, humectants, hydroxy propyl ethyl cellulose or hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose and silico aluminates, although also, according to the characteristics of the product to be produced, may optionally contain water, surfactants, bactericidal agents and antifoams.
- the characteristics of the additive of the present invention are such that, upon contact with cement and water, a chemical reaction is achieved which results in a large increase in the adhesiveness of the cement.

- Permeable slabs and in general for any use in which it is convenient to handle a permeable surface and high resistance, either to allow the passage of water to the subsoil or to channel it and lead it where desired, which is also possible the reduction or elimination of storm drains.
- the additive object of the present invention can be packaged in tank cars, drums, boats and / or buckets, which facilitates its subsequent use when mixed with cement, stone aggregate and water to obtain permeable concrete.

- the non-crystalline, calcined and highly reactive aluminate silica is an inorganic material that, due to its characteristics, reacts with the cement, giving the permeable ecological concrete a significant increase in its resistance to bending, compression and abrasion.
- the silica crystalline non-crystalline, calcined and highly reactive being an inorganic and non-organic material, such as the different types of resins that are used for the manufacture of concrete, does not suffer degradation before the action of UV rays.
- Hydroxy-propyl-ethyl, or methyl-cellulose provide better properties in its application, since the Permeable concrete made with these products has a longer drying time in the surface layer and ductility in handling.
- a formulation of the additive of the present invention is to be prepared in solid presentation
- the following steps are followed: a) Incorporate the dispersants and the wetting agent; b) Add the nonionic surfactant; c) Add the anionic surfactant; d) Add hydroxypropylethylcellulose or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; e) Add the non-crystalline silica silicate. All the above steps are carried out by uniformly mixing all the ingredients when added, so that a homogeneous and uniform solid mixture is obtained.
- This new additive allows different mixtures to be achieved in order to obtain different levels of resistance, both to flexion and compression, which, in turn, makes it possible to produce various mixtures for various uses.
- This new formulation also allows the use of integral coloration within the mixture.
