Abstract
L'invention appartient au domaine de la construction et concerne plus particulièrement les pelouses pour terrains de sport, de jeux et de distractions à usage intensif. L'invention permet d'augmenter le débit et de réduire sensiblement le temps de drainage et/ou de thermorégulation du volume global de la pelouse, d'accroître la durée de la saison d'exploitation de la pelouse et de prolonger la durée de vie utile de la pelouse indépendamment du type de revêtement. Le système de drainage est disposé entre le revêtement et la base de la pelouse et comprend des couches de drainage et de filtrage, un système de drains et/ou de tuyaux de drainage, à savoir une conduite principale longitudinale et des tuyaux traversants; il est complété par un système de dispositifs échangeurs de chaleur se présentant comme des tuyauteries à caloporteur liquide ou gazeux destiné au réchauffement ou au refroidissement.
