Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschichtung mit vorgegebenen elektrischen und/oder optischen Eigenschaften, welche durch Partikel aufgebaut ist. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass mindestens 10 Prozent der Partikel eine Größe über 10 mn aufweisen und wenigstens 20 nm aufweisen und wenigstens 20 Prozent kleiner als 50 nm sind.
