Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système et un appareil permettant l'imagerie d'un échantillon en utilisant une sonde refroidie par cryogénie. Cette sonde comprend un réfrigérateur à effet Joule-Thomson en contact thermique avec une bobine HF de façon la refroidir. Un vase Dewar équipant la sonde entoure le réfrigérateur à effet Joule-Thomson ainsi que la bobine HF de façon à ménager un vide entre le réfrigérateur à effet Joule-Thomson et les parois du vase Dewar, isolant ainsi l'échantillon de façon à lui conserver sa température initiale.
