Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schüttelmaschine zur biologischen Fermentation mit einem Antrieb zur Erzeugung einer Schüttelbewegung eines horizontalen Schütteltablars mit mindestens einer darauf angeordneten Flüssigkeitsträgerplatte. Um ein Schüttelmaschine zur schaffen, mit der sich automatisiert die Kulturbedingungen von unterschiedlichen Testkulturen für einen Produktionsprozess ermitteln lassen, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass sich zumindest eine Teilfläche des Schütteltablars in horizontaler Richtung über den Antrieb hinaus erstreckt und jede Flüssigkeitsträgerplatte auf dieser Teilfläche angeordnet ist. Alternativ befindet sich die gesamte fläche des Schütteltablars neben dem Antrieb. Schliesslich betrifft die Erfindung eine Fermentieranlage in der mindestens eine erfindungsgemässe Schüttelmaschine angeordnet ist.
