Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation d'acides carboxyliques aliphatiques par hydrolyse enzymatique de composés nitriles aliphatiques caractérisé en ce que: (a) on prépare un matériel biologique ayant une activité nitrilase, (b) on immobilise ledit matériel biologique (c) on met en présence un composé nitrile avec le matériel biologique ainsi immobilisé, pour obtenir le sel d'ammonium de l'acide carboxylique aliphatique formé (d) éventuellement, on purifie l'acide formé.
