Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Nukleinsäure bindend an Enterotoxin B von Staphylococcus, insbesondere von Staphylococcus aureus, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und/oder Identifizierung von Nukleinsäuren, die an ein Zielmolekül binden, insbesondere von einer erfindungsgemässen Nukleinsäure, wobei a) eine heterogene Population von Nukleinsäuren erzeugt wird; b) die Population von Schritt a) in-Kontakt-gebracht wird; c) die Nukleinsäuren, die nicht mit dem Zielmolekül in Wechselwirkung treten abgetrennt werden; d) die Nukleinsäuren, die mit dem Zielmolekül in Wechselwirkung treten optional abgetrennt werden; und e) die Nukleinsäuren, die mit dem Zielmolekül in Wechselwirkung getreten sind optional sequenziert werden. Dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zielmolekül eine Aminosäuresequenz des Enterotoxin B von Staphylococcus, bevorzugterweise von Staphylococcus aureus, umfasst.
