Abstract

The invention concerns a device (D) for packaging long objects in particular loaves (P) of the type consisting of a frame (100) including means for hanging (110) stacked bags (200) and a blowing station (120) which, in operation causes the bag (210) at the top of the stack to flare so as to facilitate filling the bag with a long object such as a loaf (P). Said device is characterised in that at least one loop (220) of string, running through the bags (200), links them together and enables to maintain through its loose end said bags (200) suspended on the device (D).
