Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Herstellung von Granulaten aus biopolymeren und mineralischen Rohstoffen. Mit der erfindungsgemässen Anlage ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Extrudaten aus biopolymeren und mineralischen Rohstoffen nach DE 43 21 627, EP 0 632 101 und US 5,498,384 anlagentechnisch umsetzbar. Hauptmerkmal dieses Verfahrens ist, dass biopolymere Rohstoffe und mineralische Zusätze mit einem Hydrophobierungsmittel vermischt und anschliessend in einem Extruder verarbeitet werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Anlage besteht im Wesentlichen aus Lagerbereichen und Speicherkapazitäten für feste und flüssige Einsatzprodukte sowie solchen für das Fertigprodukt und anfallende Feinanteile des Fertigprodukts, einem Extruder, einem Granulator, Fördermitteln für Einsatz- und Fertigprodukte sowie Dosiereinrichtungen für feste und flüssige Einsaztprodukte, weiterhin aus einer Abluft-/Abgasanlage, einem Temperiergerät für den Extruder und weiteren Mess-, Steuer- und Regeleinrichtungen. Sie ist durch die Zusammenschaltung der vorgenannten Anlagenteile und die Einordnung einer Paddelschnecke als Nachreaktionsraum mit integrierter Feinkornabsiebung und angeschlossener Abgasanlage gekennzeichnet.
