Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité compresseur à vis comprenant un corps de compresseur (2) définissant une chambre de compression (2a) dans laquelle sont logés au moins deux rotors hélicoïdaux (3) venant en contact l'un avec l'autre et actionnés par un moyen d'entraînement (1) ; un moyen pour séparer l'huile de lubrification entraînée par le gaz comprimé, disposé dans une chambre de séparation (14) qui communique avec la chambre de compression (2a) ; un moyen (17) pour filtrer le gaz comprimé sortant de la chambre de séparation (14) ; des moyens échangeurs de chaleur (5a, 21) servant à refroidir l'huile de lubrification séparée. Les moyens échangeurs de chaleur sont placés au niveau d'un boîtier (5), qui délimite la chambre de séparation (14), et comprennent une surface échangeuse de chaleur (5a) le long de laquelle un courant d'air de refroidissement circule de manière forcée, l'huile séparée du gaz comprimé dans la chambre de séparation (14) étant mise en contact avec ladite surface. Ce compresseur présente également un moyen d'accouplement servant à relier ledit corps de compresseur (2) audit boîtier (5) ainsi qu'un moyen (26) servant à acheminer l'air de refroidissement vers la surface échangeuse de chaleur (5a) et entourant au moins le corps de compresseur (2) et ladite chambre de séparation (14).
