Abstract

Pour obtenir une chaîne ayant une grande productivité d'acide η-linoléique par une manipulation génique de Mucor circinelloides, on vise à fournir des informations génétiques concernant la production de lipides par ce champignon et à obtenir des gènes de désaturase en position Δ6 d'acide gras. L'invention concerne plus précisément les gènes de désaturase en position Δ6 d'acide gras ayant la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO :1 dans le listage de séquences, les vecteurs plasmidiques et une chaîne SD-3 de transformation de levure contenant ces gènes.
