Abstract

Selon l'invention, le réacteur de production de noir de carbone comprend une buse de mélange à canaux multiples faite d'un matériau réfractaire qui possède une conductivité thermique et une chaleur spécifique élevées. En répartissant de façon régulière le champ de température dans la section transversale de la buse de mélange à canaux multiples le long de sa longueur, en créant les conditions égales pour la formation du noir de carbone dans chaque canal de la buse (un débit de 250-300 m/sec et une différence de pression à l'entrée et à la sortie de 0,02-0,04 MPa) et en refroidissant le mélange de noir de carbone et de gaz sur une distance inférieure ou égale à 2-5 diamètres du canal, on obtient le noir de carbone ayant un diamètre moyen des agrégats égal ou inférieur à 0,18 mkm à une dispersion inférieure ou égale à 0,0078 mkm2 et une surface de pores inférieure ou égale à 5,67 mkm2 à une dispersion inférieure ou égale à 392 mkm4. Une stabilité élevée des dimensions des agrégats permet de produire des vulcanisants ayant des propriétés physiques et mécaniques élevées.
