Abstract

Zur präventiven Erkennung von Instandhaltungsbedarf wird ein realer Prozess simuliert und die Simulation mit dem realen Prozess synchronisiert. Durch den Vergleich zwischen dem realen Prozess und der Simulation in verfahrenstechnischer Hinsicht lassen sich Störung frühzeitig erkennen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen entsprechend managen. Dadurch können Ausfallzeiten einer Anlage reduziert und einzelne Prozessschritte optimiert werden.
