Abstract

To improve energy saving by eliminating as much as possible hunting when trains are operated automatically. An optimum traveling-plan making means 7 makes an optimum traveling plan based on data stored in a database 0 while a train is at a stop at a station. When the train starts traveling, a traveling plan re-computing means 8 compares the optimum traveling plan with the actual traveling result to compute the traveling plan again, in such a way as to make the difference equal to or larger than a prescribed value. A control command extracting means 9 extracts a control command from the re-computed traveling plan to output it to a control command outputting means 10, which outputs the control command to a driving device or a controlling device.
