Abstract

L'invention relève du domaine des catalyseurs et peut s'utiliser dans la fabrication de gaz synthétique à partir de matières premières organiques. Il peut s'utiliser dans des processus de transformation chimique de matières premières d'origine naturelle ou de produits organiques synthétiques tels que les hydrocarbures inférieurs. L'invention permet de développer un catalyseur efficace et un procédé de transformation catalytique de ces hydrocarbures. Le procédé de fabrication de gaz synthétique peut être mis en ouvre par l'interaction en phase gazeuse d'hydrocarbures et d'un mélange contenant de l'eau, du gaz carbonique et/ou de l'oxygène, qui est éventuellement dilué avec de l'azote, en utilisant des catalyseurs qui comprennent une phase contenant en même temps des cations de nickel et des cations de silicium, le rapport atomique du nickel et du silicium étant compris entre 0,01 et 75. Le procédé de fabrication de gaz de synthèse à partir d'hydrocarbures peut également être conduit avec des catalyseurs contenant une phase qui, outre les cations Ni?2+ et Si2+¿, contient également des Al3+, le rapport atomique entre Ni et Al et Si pris conjointement étant compris entre 0,01 et 1,5, le rapport atomique entre Al et Si étant compris entre 0, 1 et 50. De plus, les phases peuvent comprendre des cations de métaux alcalins de terres rares ainsi que des cations de métaux alcalins.
