Abstract

L'invention décrit une chambre de culture comportant deux compartiments séparés par un support biologique et permettant la mise en culture de part et d'autre de la cloison de cellules nerveuses et de cellules cibles, ainsi que des procédés de préparation d'une telle chambre. L'invention décrit également des méthodes pour obtenir des tissus biologiques reconstitués, en particulier des tissus biologiques reconstitués comprenant au moins deux types cellulaires, l'un d'entre eux étant des cellules nerveuses, et permettant de mesurer des paramètres tels que la toxicité, l'effet thérapeutique ou l'effet cosmétique de composés tests. L'invention décrit en outre des outils et kits pour la mise en oeuvre de ces méthodes.
