Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Vektoren, die mindestens eine Matrix-Anheftungsregion umfassen und zum episomalen Einbau von Nukleinsäuren in eukaryotische Zellen geeignet sind, eukaryotische Zellen, enthaltend diese Vektoren, sowie die Verwendung dieser Vektoren zur zell- und/oder gewebespezifischen Expression von Transgenen.
