Abstract

Ein Probenträger zur Untersuchung chemischer und biologischer Proben mit freien Bindungsstellen zur Kopplung chemischer oder biologischer Stoffe, weist eine Oberfläche auf, die aus Kunststoff oder einem Kunststoffverbund besteht, auf dem an wenigstens einem Bereich der Oberfläche freie Bindungsstellen durch eine Funktionalisierung gebildet werden, die aus wenigstens einer funktionellen Gruppe besteht. Insbesondere ist ein Probenträger in Form einer Kammer mit einem Kanalsystem vorgesehen, wobei die Oberfläche der Kanäle durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Kunststoff funktionalisiert ist. Durch die Verwendung des Probenträgers können chemische und biologische Proben immobilisiert und anschließend direkt untersucht werden.
