Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'épuration et de décontamination des eaux usées dans un milieu de décharge luminescente électrique comportant une chambre à réaction, au moins deux électrodes annulaires (interne et externe) disposées de manière coaxiale et avec du jeu afin de lancer ladite décharge luminescente, un organe permettant d'appliquer un potentiel électrique auxdites électrodes, qui présente une source de tension de fonctionnement, connectée électriquement auxdites électrodes, une chemise de refroidissement placée sur le côté externe de ladite chambre de réaction, un organe d'alimentation d'eau en direction de ladite chambre ainsi qu'un organe de développement sous vide à l'intérieur de ladite chambre doté d'un système de refroidissement des électrodes internes. Quant à l'électrode externe, elle présente une boîte de ladite chambre et l'organe permettant d'appliquer un potentiel électrique auxdites électrodes comporte des sources d'une tension de choc de fonctionnement et d'une tension de choc d'amorçage (d'excitation) ayant une connexion sectionnée avec chacune des électrodes en vue d'assurer l'alimentation simultanée de la tension de choc de fonctionnement et de la tension de choc d'amorçage.
