Abstract
Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zu Herstellung von gasdichten Elektrolytschichten, insbesondere für den Einsatz in einer Hochtemperatur-Brennstoffzelle (SOFC). Bei dem Verfahren wird eine poröse Elektrode bzw. ein Substrat, mit oder ohne Interkonnektor, vorgesintert oder endgesintert und mit oder ohne Anodenfunktionsschicht bzw. Zwischenschicht mit Elektrolytmaterial beschichtet. Diese Schicht wird bei Temperaturen oberhalb von 1200 °C gesintert oder auch grün belassen. In dem erfindungsgemässen Schritt wird nur die Elektrolyschicht mit einem Sinterhilfsmittel behandelt (gesprüht oder getaucht). Eine anschliessende Sinterung führt zu einer gasdichten Elektrolytschicht.
