Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine leistungselektronische Schaltung (2) mit wenigstens einem Leistungshalbleiter, dessen Steuereingänge mit einer Ansteuereinrichtung (6) verknüpft sind, und mit einer Stromversorgung (8), die ausgangsseitig mit Anschlüssen der Ansteuereinrichtung (6), und eingangsseitig mit einer Einrichtung (10) verbunden sind, an der eine Versorgungsspannung ansteht. Erfindungsgemäss ist als Leistungshalbleiter ein selbstleitender Leistungshalbleiter (4) vorgesehen. Somit werden die Durchlass- und Schaltverluste einer leistungselektronischen Schaltung kostengünstig reduziert.
