  • This screen is used to describe a course of action for a particular process for the planning year and account for activities and costs.
  • This screen is used to summarise and reconcile the time allocated to personnel and can divide the employees into classes and analyse the activities of the personnel.
  • Indirect expenses screen The screen accounts for non activity related expenses, such as depreciation and includes fields to enable various expenses to be analysed and displayed.
  • This screen is intended to account for all revenue earned within the result areas and can include fields to enable a breakdown of revenue items to be entered from various categories.
  • the screen will account for expenditure on capital items which are not specifically attributed to activities.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de gestion commerciale intégré destiné à tourner sur un ordinateur présentant des modules d'intégration de tous les procédés de gestion. Le système comporte trois aspects clé, une planification stratégique, une planification commerciale/élaboration d'un budget et l'élaboration de rapports d'exploitation. On prévoit pour la configuration du système un écran de paramètres généraux, un écran comportant les mesures/le procédé de maintien et un écran comportant des paramètres d'emplacement de maintien. Par la suite, les écrans peuvent être utilisés pour saisir des données et du texte relatif aux trois aspects précités, pour être ensuite utilisés pour publier les rapports d'exploitation complets.
