Abstract

L'invention porte sur de nouveaux composés de β-lactame représentés par la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un alkyle inférieur, etc. ; R2 représente H ou un alkyle inférieur ; X représente O, S ou NH ; m et n valent chacun de 0 à 5 à condition que n+m soit compris entre 1 et 5 ; Y1 représente halogéno, etc. ; et Y2 représente H, un alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué, etc. L'invention porte également sur des sels de ces composés ou des esters non toxiques de ceux-ci. Ces composés présentent une excellente activité antibactérienne contre des bactéries gram positif, notamment Staphylococcus aureus résistant à la méthicilline et Staphylococcus aureus coagulase négatif résistant à la méthicilline.
