L'invention concerne un dispositif pourvu d'un support de données (3), qui présente sur une face intérieure une surface sphérique concave recouverte d'une couche réflectrice (4) à structuration optique, et d'un système optique, qui comporte une source (1) de faisceau laser et une unité de déflexion (2), agencée au centre de la surface sphérique, pour le faisceau laser (5) pouvant être focalisé sur la surface. Selon la présente invention, le support de données (3) et le système optique sont montés de façon stationnaire dans le dispositif et l'unité de déflexion (2) renferme des moyens déflecteurs pour la déflexion bidimensionnelle du faisceau laser (5). Ainsi, la vitesse de travail et la sécurité de fonctionnement peuvent être considérablement augmentées.
