随着人们生活水平不断提高, 在解决衣食住行的同时对身体的健 康要求不断提高。 因而在现代社会生活中兴起了各种各样的保健体育 运动, 并且伴随着保健体育运动的兴起也出现了许多体育保健器材。
在众多的保健体育运动中, 仰卧起坐不仅能够进行体育锻炼, 而 且还能够起到重塑体形的效果, 尤其是对腹部肌肉的重塑, 因而成为 许多人, 尤其是年青女性喜爱的体育运动。 但进行仰卧起坐运动一般 需要另外一个人进行协助, 单独一人不易完成, 并且由于该项运动比 较费力, 一般人很难长期坚持, 因而就不能达到健身、 减肥、 重塑体 形的作用。 本发明的目的
有鉴于此, 如何能提供一种辅助器械, 能够帮助人们实现仰卧起 坐的运动, 同时还有生活所需的其他实用价值, 正是本发明研创动机 所在。
本发明设计人凭借多年从事各类健身及家具制品研究生产加工等 领域的实际经验, 在反复研究论证的基础上, 做一全新设计构成, 终 得本发明的产生。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够独自完成仰卧起坐运动的自动仰 卧起坐健身器械, 同时.其还可用作休闲、 办公用的沙发座椅。 本发明的技术方案
为了达到上述目的, 本发明中的自动仰卧起坐沙发椅由座椅支架, 沙发座垫、 扶手、 靠背垫、 自动仰卧起坐驱动机构和自动仰卧起坐执 行机构组成, 其中自动仰卧起坐驱动机构中包括一马达和一减速器, 自动仰卧起坐执行机构中由一根曲柄、 一根连杆和一靠背支撑件组成。 曲柄的一端与减速器的输出轴固接, 另一端与连杆的一端铰接, 连杆 的另一端与靠背支撑件的底端铰接, 同时靠背支撑件又与座椅支架铰 接, 从而构成一四连杆机构; 随着曲柄的转动靠背支撑件将以与座椅 支架的铰接部为轴进行摆动, 以通过靠背支撑件与座椅支架的水平轴 为起始轴, 靠背支撑件相对该水平轴往返摆动的角度为 1-95度。
最好, 自动仰卧起坐沙发椅靠背支撑件的摆动角度在 5度与 85度 之间。
靠背垫与靠背支撑件之间可用滑道连接, 靠背垫可以在该滑道上 随着靠背支撑件的摆动而来回滑动。
通常自动仰卧起坐沙发椅的曲柄的长度为 8厘米至 20厘米, 靠背 支撑件与座椅支架的铰接点同靠背支撑件与连杆的铰接点的距离为 14 厘米至 31厘米。
在自动仰卧起坐沙发椅的扶手上设有一控制面板,'对自动仰卧起 坐驱动机构进行控制。

本发明中自动仰卧起坐沙发椅由一座椅支架 3、 沙发座垫 7、 靠背 垫 1、 扶手 4、 自动仰卧起坐驱动机构和自动仰卧起坐执行机构组成, 其中自动仰卧起坐驱动机构中包括有一马达 9和一减速器 10, 自动仰 卧起坐执行机构中由一根曲柄 12、一根连杆 13和一靠背支撑件 2组成。 沙发座垫 7与座椅支架 3由多个螺栓连接, 靠背支撑件 2与座椅支架 3 在座椅支架两侧均利用一连接件 14进行铰接。 在座椅支架 3 内马达 9 与减速器 10传动连接, 减速器 10的输出轴与曲柄 12的一端固接, 曲 柄 12的另一端与连杆 13的一端铰接, 而连杆 13的另一端与靠背支撑 件 2的底端铰接。
如图 2与图 3所示, 当自动仰卧起坐驱动机构未进行工作时, 曲柄 12处于减速器 10输出轴右侧的水平位置上, 此时靠背支撑件 2处于初 始位置, 即相对于水平轴的角度为 95度; 当自动仰卧起坐驱动机构开 始工作时, 马达 9带动减速器 10进行转动, 进而由减速器 10的输出 轴带动曲柄 12进行转动, 随着减速器 10的转动, 曲柄 12到达减速器 10输出轴左侧的水平位置处, 此时靠背支撑件 2处于最大摆动位置, 即相对于水平轴的角度为 1度。 当曲柄 12再次转回到减速器 10输出 轴右侧的水平位置时, 靠背支撑件 2 返回到初始位置, 完成一次往返 动作, 即完成一次仰卧起坐运动。 通常曲柄长度为 8厘米至 20厘米, 靠背支撑件与座垫支架的铰接 点, 即连接件 14同靠背支撑件与连杆 13的铰接点的距离为 14厘米至 31厘米。
由图 4可知, 靠背垫 1与靠背支撑件 2之间用一滑道 11滑动连接, 其中滑道 11为家具上通常所使用的滑道, 靠背支撑件 2往返摆动时靠 背垫 1可在滑道 11 内来回滑动。 另外减速器 10的旋转速度可由一安 装在扶手 4上的控制面板 8进行控制, 控制面板 8及相应的控制电路 均采用市售成熟产品, 在此不予祥述。
再由图 2可知, 在座椅支架 3的前端设有一脚踏 6, 该脚踏 6的两 侧各用一支撑件 5进行支撑, 其中脚踏 6的一端与座椅支架 3铰接, 当自动仰卧起坐沙发椅用作普通沙发时, 可以将支撑件 5 弯折起来, 使得脚踏 6下摆与座椅支架 3 贴合; 当需要进行仰卧起坐运动时, 将 支撑件 5打开, 撑起脚踏 6, 用于放置双脚。
另外在自动仰卧起坐沙发椅的靠背支撑件 2上还可设一书报架, 书 报架的高度可根据个人情况进行调节。 在进行仰卧起坐运动的同时可 进行书籍、 报刊的阅览。
具体实施例 1, 当曲柄的长度为 10厘米, 靠背支撑件与座垫支架 的铰接点,即连接件 14同靠背支撑件与连杆 13的铰接点的距离为 14. 7 厘米,靠背支撑件的摆动角度为 5- 95度。
具体实施例 2, 当曲柄的长度为 12厘米, 靠背支撑件与座垫支架 的铰接点, 即连接件 14同靠背支撑件与连杆 13的铰接点的距离为 19 厘米, '靠背支撑件的摆动角度为 5-85度。
虽然在上文中就本发明中自动仰卧起坐沙发椅的一最佳实施例进行 了描述, 但作为本技术领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 本实新型并不 局限于上述实施方式, 还可对其进行多种改进, 在不脱离本发明的精 神的前提下, 所有在其形状、 结构上所作的等效变化,.均认为落入本 发明的保护范围之内。
