  • Fig 7 shows the structure that the external air tube sprays the mixed air and water through the upper part of the water tank(71). This forms a filter layer(72) on the water so that the steamed vapor is not sprayed in liquid type.
  • Fig 8 shows the structure that combines the ultrasonic waves vapor generator(73) with the external air tube. This device produces vapor using the wave pressure by vibrating the vibration board(74) with the ultrasonic wave assigned to the board. If necessary, it's working by producing vapor with self- controlling circuit.

  • the above structure could be combined with the adaptor(Frequency maker, 190) for cauterizing if necessary.
  • the withdrawn wire(191) of the adaptor is connected by the socket to the externally integrated cable.
  • the power supply(ll ⁇ ) is the device for supplying power for activating the lamps for illumination, the hot wire within the mirrors for operations, drills and drivers. This supplies the useful direct current power for activating the operation devices.
  • the non-described suction unit in Fig s has the pump for absorbing the bad stuffs, the case for temporarily storing the absorbed stuffs and the filter for purifying and discharging the noxious gas. This absorbs the water, the skin pieces or the bad stuffs used for cleaning and the blood from the suction device within the combined operation devices. This is activated by the switch handling connected to the switch wire which is withdrawn to the combined cable.
  • the air unit can be using the stored air by storing the air produced by the compressor which is activated by the self-controlling device.
  • the air tank is equipped within the case or that the air tank charged outside is connected to the controlling valve, because the general operation room should be quiet.
  • the air supply could be remotely controlled by opening and shutting the controlling valve with the switch handling.
  • the non-described water supplying unit is composed of a water tank and a small pump. Pumping is performed by the remote switch handling connected to the switch wire which is externally withdrawn.
  • the optimum temperature should be maintained by equipping a temperature sensor and a hot wire in the water tank, because the water used during operation is also used for cleaning the operated region by directly spraying or for washing a lens or a mirror for sight.
  • the supplying device of this invention is applied to the combined type of operating devices as well as each individual type of operating devices. For example, if you want to apply it to the existing suction device, you can combine the suction tube with the tube connecting jack in the back of the suction device and link up the related switch wire of the combined cable to the switch wire connecting jack. If it is a non-compatible jack, you can also use it unrestrictedly by connecting another connector.

Therefore, he can clean it by spraying water and absorbing at the same time.

  • the above wireless foot switch has an effect on decreasing in disorder in operation rooms by reducing the withdrawn wires related to the foot switch.
  • the unexplained 210 on Fig s is the illuminating lamp, which is one of the factors of the compound operating device, 211 is the electric rod for cauterizing, 212 is the suction device, 213 is the device for spraying air and water and 214 is the puller, which is composed of the mirror(214a), the illuminating lamp(214b), the water spraying nozzle(214c), the air spraying nozzle(214d) and the suction device(214e). 215 is the power switch for common use.
  • the supplying device as stated above provides various functions in a compound operation, and thus it is suitable for searching and treating the bleeding point. It is also designed for operators to use each kind of operation device effectively and can solve the problems brought about from mishandling of switches, by integrating the power supply, the suction unit, the air unit and the water supplying unit which are usually used in the general operation rooms. Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de rechercher et de traiter des points hémorragiques, comprenant (a) un cautère pour cautériser les points hémorragiques à l'aide d'une puissance haute fréquence provenant de l'embout, et (b) un pinceau à air conçu pour pulvériser de l'air comprimé fourni par l'unité d'alimentation en air à travers la buse d'air. Le pinceau à air est monté sur le cautère et le point hémorragique est recherché à l'aide de l'air pulvérisé provenant de la buse d'air, le cautère brûle le point hémorragique. La recherche d'un point hémorragique est facile car le sang accumulé est dispersé immédiatement à l'aide de l'air comprimé de manière à nettoyer la zone de cautérisation. La combinaison du pinceau à air et du cautère électrique en un seul appareil permet de rechercher et de cautériser rapidement et simultanément un point hémorragique de manière à permettre un traitement et une guérison rapides.
