Abstract

Un réacteur pour le traitement de matières organiques solides peut s'utiliser pour traiter par pyrolyse sèche des matières carbonées telles que pneus usés, matières plastiques, déchets de caoutchouc, etc. Le réacteur comprend un four à moufle sur la cornue (7) duquel est monté un dispositif de chargement, qui se présente comme une chambre (3) avec une trémie (1) et un piston (4), ainsi qu'une chambre (5) avec piston (6) qui lui est perpendiculaire. La partie inférieure de la cornue (7) comprend un dispositif de déchargement à vis (14). La structure proposée du dispositif de chargement permet de rajouter dans la cornue (7) du four à moufle, pendant le fonctionnement du réacteur, de la matière à traiter, et ce sans provoquer d'éjections incontrôlables de gaz dans l'atmosphère, le produit traité étant évacué du four en permanence par le dispositif de déchargement (14).
