Abstract

Die Erfinderung betrifft ein vorgesteuertes Druckabschaltventil mit einem Hauptsteuerkolben (20), der einen Zulauf (12), über den einem Hydrauliksystem Druckmittel zufühbar ist, bei Erreichen eines oberen Systemgrenzdruckes in dem Hydrauliksystem durch Einnahme einer ersten Schaltstellung mit einem Ablauf (13) verbindet und bei Erreichen eines unteren Systemgrenzdruckes durch Einnnahme einer zweiten Schalstellung vom Ablauf (13) trennt. Das Druckabschaltventil besitzt eine Vorsteuerventilanordnung (11). Bei einem solchen Druckabschalventil soll die Vorsteuerventilanordnung (11) kompakt und einfach aufgebaut sein, gegen Vorsteuerventilanordnungen eines Druckabschalventils, bei dem der obere Systemgrenzdruck und der untere Systemgrenzdruck nicht unabhändig voneinander eingestellt werden können, austauschbar sein und kostengünstig herstellbar sein. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß die beiden Vorsteuerkolben (44, 48), die beiden Vorsteuerfedern (45, 49) und die beiden Einstellschrauben (78, 80) konzentrisch ineinander liegend angeordnet sind, wobei die beiden Vorsteuerkolben (44, 48) machanisch völlig unabhändig voneinander verstellbar sind.
