Abstract

L'invention porte sur un briquet à gaz pourvu d'un dispositif de sécurité enfants. Ce briquet se caractérise en ce qu'il comporte un mécanisme d'amorçage du gaz raccordé à un dispositif neutralisant la formation d'étincelles. Dans une première variante, le briquet à gaz comprend une roue dentée raccordée de façon rigide à une tige agencée de façon à tourner dans les orifices des supports de fixation du corps, et des roues cannelées, montées sur la tige des deux côtés de la roue dentée, et pourvues chacune d'un orifice central et montées sur la tige de façon à pourvoir tourner. Au moins une roue cannelée est pourvue de deux protubérances orientées radialement le long du diamètre de l'orifice central, et la tige est pourvue de deux protubérances qui sont ménagées à l'endroit de la roue cannelée entre les protubérances de cette dernière et orientées le long du diamètre de la tige. Dans une seconde variante, la tige est cylindrique à l'emplacement de la roue cannelée, montée de façon à pouvoir tourner librement, et l'autre roue cannelée est raccordée de manière rigide à la tige ou fait bloc avec celle-ci.
