Abstract

The inventive method for producing an antineoplastic based on tetra-chloro-platinite of potassium consists in treating a water solution containing humic substances with a solution of tetra-chloro-platinite of potassium. Said treatment is carried out by exposing to the action of ultrasound having a radiation power of 40 W/cm2 and a frequency of 22 Hz during 4-8 minutes. The humic substances can be exuded by treating a humified material with an alkaline solution at standard conditions. Moss peat and transition peat, or composts, or sapropels, or the humus horizons of various soils can be used as the humified material. The humic substances can be also produced from oxidised wood lignin. It is rational to produce humic acids by oxidising the wood lignin in an alkaline medium with the aid of an oxygen-containing gas at a temperature of 170 20 °C, a pressure ranging from 1.9 to 2.5 MPa during a time period ranging from 1 to 3 hours, aftercooling the stock, separating a solid phase from the solution and acidulating it till pH =2-3 is obtained.
