Abstract

L'invention concerne des molécules d'ADN recombinantes comprenant un site d'entrée ribosome interne (IRES), dans lequel ledit IRES est isolé d'un errantivirus et contrôle une translation mARN cap-indépendante. Plus particulièrement, ces IRES sont isolés des rétro-éléments ZAM et Idemfix. L'invention concerne également des vecteurs d'expression comprenant lesdites molécules d'ADN recombinantes et leurs utilisations.
