When the upper plate/the upper ram 4 is displaced vertically, the slide plates 14 will slide along the vertical tubes so that this stabilises the movement of the upper plate/the upper ram 4.

  • Other principles of assembly can be used. In the assembly of the crate, which is effected manually, the joints will thus be established only on two opposing sides, which simplifies the assembly. In the pressing process, the wooden crate is thus placed with the joints partly facing towards the upper plate/the upper ram 4 and partly towards the bottom plate 5 (see also fig. 2). Pressure thus needs only to be established from a single direction for production of a fully-assembled crate.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (1) pour l'assemblage d'une caisse (2), ledit appareil comportant au moins une presse (3), ladite presse (3) comportant au moins deux plateaux séparés, sensiblement horizontaux, un plateau supérieur / un coulisseau supérieur (4) et un plateau inférieur (5), destinés à fournir une ouverture pour l'insertion de la caisse (2), ladite caisse étant placée sur le plateau inférieur (5), et ledit plateau supérieur / ledit coulisseau supérieur (4) étant monté sur une tige cylindre (12) susceptible de se déplacer verticalement, dont le mouvement est provoqué par un mécanisme de commande (9), ladite tige cylindre (12) étant montée sur un cylindre de presse (7). L'appareil (1) comporte également des éléments de positionnement comportant au moins un élément de commande horizontal (10) et au moins un élément d'ajustement vertical (11). Ledit élément de commande horizontal (10) comporte une butée et des éléments grâce auxquels ladite butée peut être déplacée horizontalement par rapport au plateau inférieur (5) et placée dans une position prédéterminée. L'appareil et le procédé de la présente invention assurent non seulement un positionnement stable de la caisse et son exposition à une pression uniforme quelles que soient ses dimensions, mais encore l'établissement d'une pression correcte pour la caisse insérée. L'appareil est par conséquent approprié à la production de caisses, par exemple de cageots.
