Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et une méthode de réalisation d'une gastrostomie endoscopique percutanée, selon lesquels un gastroscope (2), doté d'un système lumineux (16) et d'un dispositif optique (18) et pouvant être introduit partiellement dans l'estomac du patient, présente un corps tubulaire (4) dans lequel est monté un tube de gastrostomie coulissant (23), dont une extrémité est pourvue d'un élément de pénétration (27). Un élément de perforation et de traction coulissant (34) monté à l'intérieur du tube de gastrostomie (23) comporte un dispositif d'expulsion (37) qui permet de retirer progressivement le tube de gastrostomie (23) depuis l'intérieur de l'estomac vers l'extérieur, l'élément de pénétration (27) en premier (27), lorsqu'une traction/poussée est exercée sur l'élément de perforation et de traction (34),
