Abstract

L'invention porte sur un tube échangeur à ailettes consistant en un tube métallique cylindrique central présentant une surface extérieure, et en une ailette métallique en hélice lui étant fixée, en contact thermoconducteur avec la surface extérieure du tube. La section transversale de l'ailette est trapézoïdale et présente une base courte et une base large en contact avec la surface du tube. En variante, l'ailette peut présenter une section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire et des coins arrondis, et des côtés longs et courts perpendiculaires les uns aux autres, les côtés courts étant en contact avec la surface extérieure du tube. L'invention porte également sur le procédé de formation d'un tube d'échangeur thermique consistant à enrouler en hélice une ailette métallique puis à la fixer sur la surface extérieure d'un tube central. L'ailette en contact thermoconducteur avec le tube central peut présenter une section transversale trapézoïdale ou sensiblement rectangulaire.
