Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs permettant de former une anastomose entre des corps creux, qui utilisent une force magnétique pour raccorder des éléments anastomotiques (360, 362) et de connecter les lumières de ces corps creux. On peut créer des anastomoses extrémité contre paroi latérale et extrémité contre extrémité avec ou sans connexion mécanique entre les éléments (360,362). Les élément (360, 362) de fixation peuvent produire un champ magnétique et peuvent comprendre des matériaux ou des ensembles. Un élément (278, 280) peut aussi être utilisé pour former un orifice dans la lumière d'un vaisseau, cet élément (278, 280) étant fixé au vaisseau par un moyen mécanique et/ou magnétique. Les éléments (278, 280) magnétiques peuvent comprendre des organes (282, 284) destinés à concentrer le flux magnétique entre des éléments (278, 280) respectifs de façon à augmenter la force d'attraction, ce qui renforce la sûreté de l'anastomose. On peut utiliser des éléments (398, 400) possédant une surface d'occlusion pour fermer une ouverture dans un tissu, par exemple une malformation congénitale du septum auriculo-ventriculaire.
