Claims (8)
- 吻合を形成するための磁石送達システムであって、
ワイヤガイドと、
内臓空間に進入するようにされた送達部分を有するカテーテルであって、前記送達部分が拡張用の拡張可能バルーン及び該バルーンを通って延在するルーメンと、前記ワイヤガイドが通される前記ルーメンと連通している第1のポート及び第2のポートを有しているカテーテルと、
貫通するルーメンを有する磁石であって、前記ワイヤガイドを前記磁石の前記ルーメン及び前記第1のポート及び前記第2のポートを通すことによって、前記第1及び第2のポートの間で前記カテーテルの前記送達部分に除去可能に取り付けられた磁石と、を備えており、
前記拡張可能バルーンが前記第2のポートの遠位側にある、磁石送達システム。 - 前記磁石が円板形状を有する、請求項1に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記磁石が、身体臓器の壁に配置するための環状エッジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記磁石が、身体臓器の壁に配置するための環状陥凹部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記送達部分が、追加の第1のポート、追加の第2のポート、及び貫通するルーメンを備えている追加の磁石をさらに備えており、前記追加の磁石が、前記追加の第1及び第2のポートの間で、前記カテーテルの前記送達部分に取り外し可能に固定されている、請求項1に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記ワイヤガイドが、前記追加の磁石の前記ルーメン、前記追加の第1のポート、及び前記追加の第2のポートを通して配置される、請求項5に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記磁石が、身体臓器の壁に配置するための環状エッジをさらに備え、前記追加の磁石が、身体臓器の壁に配置するための環状陥凹部をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の磁石送達システム。
- 前記カテーテルの前記送達部分に位置する放射線不透過マーカーをさらに備え、前記放射線不透過マーカーが前記磁石に隣接している、請求項1に記載の磁石送達システム。
