Abstract
L'invention relève de la biotechnologie et peut s'utiliser en agriculture ou en sylviculture. Rhizogénine-S, le biostimulant destiné à la multiplication végétative de plantes, la micro-multiplication et l'obtention de régénérants à partir de cultures de cellules et de tissus végétaux se présente comme un complexe phosphatidylinositol-protéique obtenu à partir d'une matière végétale. Le biostimulant stimule la formation de la racine principale et n'empêche pas la formation des racines annexes; il permet de doubler voire de tripler la vitesse de formation des racines, améliorer la qualité des racines ainsi formées et assurer la formation d'un système puissant de racines (pivotantes ou fibreuses). Le biostimulant peut s'utiliser dans la rhizogenèse des callus. Il agit à faibles concentrations (10 à 100 microgrammes / l) sans produire d'effets secondaires.
