Abstract

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux polynucléotides comprenant une nouvelle séquence de régulation promotrice d'un gène de lipoxygenase de tabac inductible par un agent inducteur et notamment en réponse à une agression par un pathogène. Elle concerne également une cassette d'expression comprenant cette séquence de régulation promotrice selon l'invention. L'invention a également pour objet des cellules végétales ou des plantes transformées avec un polynucléotide ou une cassette d'expression selon l'invention.
