Abstract

Frein pour véhicule de transport entrant en contact avec la chaussée. Ce frein relève du domaine de la construction de véhicules de transport et plus particulièrement des systèmes de freinage fonctionnant indépendamment des roues. L'invention vise à améliorer l'effet de freinage et l'amortissement pendant le freinage. Le frein est couplé à un entraînement hydraulique ou pneumatique. Il contient (dans l'exemple) deux paires de cylindres constitués de deux cylindres de force (1) avec un corps (9), fixés au moyen d'une poutre (10) à la partie inférieure du véhicule de transport, et de deux cylindres amortisseurs (2, 3) avec des ressorts (5, 6) de rigidités différentes. A l'entrée du corps de travail du cylindre d'amortissement (3) avec le ressort (6) de moindre rigidité, on a monté une première soupape de sectionnement (17). Les corps de travail de tous les cylindres sont reliés entre eux par une unité de raccordement (16), dont le raccordement à la source de pression de la sous-station d'exécution se fait au moyen d'un entraînement hydraulique (deux variantes) et d'un entraînement pneumatique. Sous le corps de travail de chaque cylindre de force (1) on a disposé un piston (32) relié à une tige précontrainte par un ressort de retour (35); cette tige a en section la forme d'une ellipse. Les ressorts (5, 6) du cylindre d'amortissement (2, 3) sont plus durs que les ressorts de retour (35) des cylindres de force (1) et la pression fixe dans le système.
