Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à la production de fils, fibres, films ou corps moulés en cellulose, de préférence, à la production de fils et fibres cellulosiques à haute ténacité. Selon ce procédé, on mélange de la cellulose sèche à un solvant N-méthyl-morpholino-n-oxide (NMMO) aqueux dans un mélangeur (4) conçu sous forme de triturateur. Et on cède ce mélange sans récipient intermédiaire, c'est-à-dire directement, à un réacteur (8) dans lequel la masse cellulosique est chauffée et homogénéisée. Puis l'eau est extraite du mélange produit. Le mélange obtenu dans le réacteur (8) est cédé, sans récipient intermédiaire, à un dispositif de transformation en films, fibres, fils et/ou corps moulés.
