Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de vérification sur place de la conformité et de la qualité d'un produit, ce dispositif comprenant une microplaque dotée d'un substrat sur lequel on a déposé un composé sensible à la lumière. Le substrat immobilise les composés sensibles à la lumière et produit un environnement tridimensionnel semblable à une solution libre, afin de permettre que se produisent des réactions avec l'échantillon de produit. La microplaque peut comprendre tout matériau possédant les propriétés réfléchissantes voulues de la lumière, ainsi qu'une surface de rétention des composés sensibles à la lumière. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à placer une dose mesurée de composé sensible à la lumière, sur la microplaque, puis, lorsque ce composé a été appliqué sur le substrat, à envoyer la microplaque au site d'essai où l'essai du produit doit être effectué, à placer un échantillon de produit sur la microplaque, de sorte que le composé sensible à la lumière, présent sur la microplaque, est libre de réagir avec les ingrédients clés de l'échantillon du produit, éventuellement à utiliser un support pour faciliter l'application de l'échantillon sur la microplaque et/ou l'analyse ultérieure de la microplaque, enfin à soumettre la microplaque à un rayonnement à l'aide d'une source lumineuse, et à comparer à une empreinte digitale l'émission ou l'absorption lumineuse consécutive à l'interaction entre le composé sensible à la lumière et l'ingrédient clé.
