Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Photovoltaikmodul mit mehreren Gruppen (2 bis 5) jeweils serienverschalteter Solarzellen (6, 7, 8), welche Solarzellen jeweils eine Deckelektrode, eine Rückelektrode und zwischen den Elektroden eine Absorberschicht aufweisen, und mit einer Einrichtung (15) zum Parallelverschalten der mehreren Gruppen (2 bis 5). Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines solchen Moduls. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Einrichtung (15) zum Parallelverschalten der mehreren Gruppen (2 bis 5) derart ausgebildet und angeordnet, dass einerseits die elektrisch leitenden Rückelektroden (13) der ersten Solarzelle (6) jeder Gruppe (2 bis 5) und andererseits die elektrisch leitenden Rückelektroden (13) der letzten Solarzelle (8) jeder Gruppe (2 bis 5) elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind. Verfahrensseitig werden die mehreren Gruppen (2 bis 5) auf eine die Vorderseite des Moduls (1) bildende Folie (37) aufgebracht, sodann erfolgt das Parallelverschalten der mehreren Gruppen und das Aufbringen einer die Rückseite des Moduls (1) bildenden Folie sowie gegebenenfalls ein Laminieren des Folienmoduls.
