Abstract

L'invention concerne un réfrigérateur destiné à la conservation des aliments dans le ménage. Le réfrigérateur contient une chambre frigorifiante et un congélateur. Une ou plusieurs chambres à vide cylindriques sont disposées dans la partie de la chambre frigorifiante et/ou dans la partie du congélateur. Chacune des chambres comporte à son extrémité un couvercle hermétique sensiblement transparent ainsi qu'un dispositif de dépressurisation. Une buse munie d'une vanne commandée est montée dans la chambre à vide. L'appareil à vide, la vanne, les capteurs de pression et de température sont reliés à un système de processeur. L'invention permet d'élargir les capacités fonctionnelles du réfrigérateur, d'y conserver des aliments de types différents, sous vide ou autrement, d'augmenter la vitesse de refroidissement grâce à une dilatation adiabatique rapide de l'air alimenté dans la chambre à vide depuis la chambre de réfrigération ou le congélateur et de diminuer le poids et la consommation de matériaux du réfrigérateur.
