Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de recouvrement souple, permettant notamment de fermer et d'ouvrir une ouverture d'accès à une zone de travail de centres d'usinage à commande numérique multipostes. Cet élément de recouvrement comprend des segments (1, 1', 1'), constitués notamment de tôle, de matière plastique résistant à la déformation, ou d'autres matériaux résistant à la chaleur et à l'humidité. Ces segments présentent respectivement deux parois latérales et une paroi extérieure reliant ces dernières. Ils peuvent pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation commun (5, 19), s'imbriquent les uns dans les autres de manière télescopique et peuvent s'écarter par rotation à la manière d'un éventail, lorsque l'élément de recouvrement est fermé. Selon l'invention, au moins un organe d'accouplement (2, 3, 4, 3', 4', 4') est fixé sur les segments (1, 1', 1') en étant articulé autour d'un axe de rotation (8, 10). Les organes d'accouplement de deux segments adjacents sont également reliés entre eux en étant articulés autour d'un axe de rotation (9, 11) de sorte que tous les segments peuvent être guidés de manière forcée et déplacés simultanément.
